People often does the mistakes. But some of the mistakes affects the health so you need improve this habits. Most of the people are focused in work and they ignore their health. Here are the health mistakes after 7 pm.
1. Doing other work without changing
Most of the people gets lazy as soon as they reach home, they lies on bed and some of them does other work without changing their clothes , this raise the serious questions to cleanliness. You need to first wash your hands and legs and change your clothes as you reach home. You work all day and this gives you stress so you need to be fresh first.
2. Drink water
You know we need to drink lots of water you need to drink as much as you can and sometimes you drink cold drinks and beer and this absorbs the water from your body and you will get the problem like dehydration, headache, tiredness etc. So you need to drink water as soon as you reach home.
3. Junk food
Eating junk food after reaching home is so different. But the evening fried foods does wrong with evening food. So at evening you need to drink black tea with peanuts, cashew or digestive biscuits. You need to keep on mind that there is no more time left to eat the dinner.
4. Watching TV more
You have the habit of watching TV after returning back to home but this will make you more tired. So don’t give more time to TV you can spend time with your family.
5. Eating more
Breakfast is considered as the important food and this is truth but it is not that dinner isn’t important you need to eat less before sleeping. Eating more there will be problem in and there will be more pressure in stomach and many problem like gastric, acidity starts. So you need to eat on limits
